THERAPY AND COUNSELING
Therapy is based on personal interactions to help a person change and overcome problems in desired ways. During therapy, an individual can learn about themselves, their moods, feelings, thoughts, and patterns of behaviors and interactions. Beginning therapy can be a big step toward gaining the healthiest version of oneself and one’s life. Good therapy should be tailored to the individual and their experiences, and at Revive our goal is to create the best fit possible between an individual and their prospective therapist.
LIFE AND CAREER COACHING
With Life and Career coaching a person wishes to address specific personal and/or professional goals. The job of a life coach is to maximize their client’s chance of success by being a sounding board, mentor, ally, cheerleader, and naysayer all at once. Life coaches will help to identify the steps required of, as well as the potential obstacles hindering, their client from accomplishing their goals.

Through fitness coaching, individuals can work with a certified fitness professional to achieve their health, fitness and/or weight loss goals. A fitness coach will help develop and implement a fitness and exercise regimen tailored to an individual’s personal goals. One-on-one and group training sessions are available.
YOGA, MEDITATION, AND MINDFULNESS
Currently, Yoga and Mindfulness classes are being offered to children and adolescents ages 6-18. Each class is designed to help children learn to connect more to themselves, to others, and to the community. In addition to learning yoga practices, children are taught skills to focus, to manage their feelings, better control their bodies, and to explore their own inner (and outer) strength.
NUTRITION AND WELLNESS COACHING
A Nutrition Counselor or Wellness Coach is a guide and supportive mentor who empowers clients to take responsibility for their health and achievement of their personal wellness goals. Common areas where a Nutrition Counselor or Wellness Coach may help a client include weight management, food cravings, sleep, energy, stress management, and digestion, etc.
At Revive, we offer a range of different Groups in areas of therapy, mindfulness and meditation, nutrition, personal/life development, etc. Developing a community can often be integral to success for some individuals. Therefore, Revive is passionate about building a sense community, and utilizes groups as one method to do so. Groups can be especially effective because the structure allows people to receive the support and encouragement of the other members of the group, while still maintaining a safe haven for each individual.
