Role: Licensed Mental Health Clinician (W2)

Job Status: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week), Salaried Position

Location(s): CT (Stamford/Norwalk) or FL (Miami) offices, with some remote flexibility

Description: Revive is hiring full-time Licensed Mental Health Clinicians, to work with a diverse set of clients, in either our Connecticut or Florida offices. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of 25-28 clients
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation for client caseload for all wellness services rendered
  • Create and maintain the treatment plan for wellness services provided to all clients
  • Manage communication with clients as it relates to treatment, payment obligations, and emergency services
  • Attend regularly scheduled meetings
  • Participate in Marketing and Wellness events within the community
  • Provide in-office support to colleagues
  • Comply with Federal and State laws governing the practice of professional services

License Requirements
LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state you are applying to work (additional states are a plus!)
