Job Title: Clinical Supervisor
Hours: Flexible
Location: Ability to work remotely or from either of our Stamford or Norwalk CT offices
Compensation: 1099 – Hourly
Description:
A Clinical Supervisor supports, trains, and oversees Revive’s interns and unlicensed staff. Supervisors are expected to provide at least one hour of weekly individual supervision to each of their supervisees, make themself available to answer both clinical and administrative questions, and help their supervisees grow professionally. Clinical Supervisors are also expected to carry a caseload of at least 10 active clients, actively participate in their own individual and group supervision, attend biweekly supervisor meetings, demonstrate good case load retention, and be an active, positive member of the Revive community.
Qualifications:
- Licensed LMFT or LCSW
- At least one year of post-license clinical experience
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Works well in a team-based and collaborative environment
- Demonstrates ongoing interest in professional growth and development
