Job Title: Intake Coordinator
Hours: Flexible – Part Time
Location: Ability to work remotely or from either of our Stamford or Norwalk offices

Description: 

The Intake Coordinator is responsible for the communication with, and placement of, prospective clients seeking treatment for a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions in order to assess goodness of fit within Revive so that we can ensure delivery of quality care.  The Intake Coordinator monitors for new referrals and inquiries, responds to client inquiries and referrals, manages the communication and placement of referrals with providers, manages staff availability, performs client consultations, and conducts insurance coverage and benefits checks.  Hours are flexible and the job can be performed remotely.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or similar social science degree.  
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Prefer candidates that intend to pursue a Master’s degree in the mental health field.
