How to turn what we have into enough

The people we’re grateful for play certain roles in our lives and show up for us in one way or another...What is it about these people that allows you to be grateful for them? In other words, what feelings come up for you when you think about them?
What we intend to do in spotlighting Gratitude this month is to recognize that amidst all of these natural human emotions there can also be space for gratitude.
You probably know that Procrastination is the act of postponing doing something. In relation to Imposter Syndrome, Procrastination is this strategy to delay whatever it is you don’t feel adequate enough to perfect.
When we have this need to get it right all the time, we either end up overdoing it or we don’t do anything at all. Either way, we’re stuck. This is Paralysis.
