What’s the story you’re telling yourself?
We’re in pursuit this month to break down the stories we have about ourselves, understand them further, and ultimately help to write a new one that represents our authentic selves.

Places are more than coordinates on a map, and whether you’re a world traveller (or aspiring world traveller) or a homebody, many places you’ve been are ingrained in your memory. Engaging in nostalgia is a form of gratitude.
By calling attention to the things that we have, it breathes more life into them and that gratitude for these things makes what we currently have enough.
The people we’re grateful for play certain roles in our lives and show up for us in one way or another...What is it about these people that allows you to be grateful for them? In other words, what feelings come up for you when you think about them?
What we intend to do in spotlighting Gratitude this month is to recognize that amidst all of these natural human emotions there can also be space for gratitude.
