We rounded up a week of FREE yoga classes because fitness shouldn’t break the bank
You’ve finally carved out time in your schedule to workout and try a new yoga class and then you see the price tag. In the Stamford/Norwalk and Miami areas they usually range anywhere from $25-$35 per class. That can deter a lot of people from moving forward with that new exercise regimen and getting their yoga on! Especially now, with inflation rates and rising prices on everything, you may be that much more careful when you open your wallet (psst… if you want some help with that, check out our Free Budgeting 101 Guide!). Whether you’re a Connecticut, Florida, or remote member of our community, we put together a list of free ongoing yoga classes for you to check out!
